Team Study Room Reservation Guide
Dear users, we are currently preparing a reservation system for group study rooms, which will be available from the autumn semester of 2026. We will let you know as soon as it is fully functional. Thank you for your understanding. Your FSS Library.
How to Reserve a Team Study Room
- If you are a student of FSS, click Sign in / Register in the upper-right corner. Select Sign in via MUNI.
- Your account will be created automatically when you sign in for the first time. For subsequent sign-ins, use MUNI’s single sign-on system (UČO and your primary password).
- Select a group study room, date, and time.
- Reservations can be made in 10-minute intervals, maximum is 180 minutes.
- In the Purpose of reservation field, briefly describe how you intend to use the study room.
- You will receive a reservation confirmation by email. You can also find your reservations under My Reservations.
- You can cancel your reservation at any time, or you can contact us.
