How to register in the library
MU students register online:
- for online registration go to Inet MU
- use your university number UČO and primary password for login
- click on the button Confirm
- the registration is valid for all MU libraries.
Access to user library account is available in the library catalogue, for login use UČO and primary password.
Borrowing limits:
- up to 30 items at a time for students
- up to 50 items at a time for employees
ISIC, ITIC, or another chip card issued by MU is used as the library card.
The registration in MU libraries for MU Alumni and Friends Association members and MU Alumni card holders is free of charge. Only registration in person is possible. It is necessary to fill in the registration form at the circulation desk.
Access to user library account is in the library catalogue, for login use the user name and password obtained during the registration.
Borrowing limits:
- up to 10 items at a time
Registration in the library enables access to PCs in the Computer Study Room of the library. To log in, use the login and password you received at the registration. It is possible to access licensed MU e-resources from the library computers. Remote access to e-resources from home is not available.
External users can register at the circulation desk. The ID card is needed for the registration. It is necessary to fill in the registration form and pay the registration fee:
- 300 CZK per year
- 200 CZK – renewal of the registration
Registration is valid for all MU libraries. Please note, that Central library of Faculty of Arts offers only on-site services to external users.
