Grab & Go Pick-Up Service
Don’t have time to look for books on shelves? You can pre-order books from our free access collection, and we prepare them for quick pick-up at the circulation desk.
Choose books from the FSS MU library, we will be happy to provide them for you.

About the service
- It is a paid service; the fee is 5 CZK per item.
- Through this service, you can order only books from free access collection with the status Available Month – check the status and availability of the book in the library catalogue. This service is not for requesting books from closed stacks or recalling items currently on loan. You can order these items free of charge directly in the library catalogue.
- Use the form below to order books for quick pick-up.
- We accept requests during the opening hours of the circulation desk:
- Mon–Thu 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Fri 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Sat 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
- Requests received at other times will be dealt with on the next opening day.
- Please wait for the confirmation e-mail.
- The requested book(s) will be kept for you for 3 opening days, and it is possible to collect them only during the opening hours of the circulation desk:
- Mon–Thu 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Fri 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Sat 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
- The fee (5 CZK per item) can be paid by cash or card.
- The fee must be paid even in case you will not pick up the requested book(s).

How to use the service:
- Find the requested book in the library catalogue.
- Fill in the form.
- Wait for the confirmation e-mail.
- Pick up the book(s) and pay the fee at the circulation desk.
